Individualised Small Group Exercise Class
The individualised, physiotherapist-led small group exercise classes (1-4 participants) are suitable for all ages and abilities. These sessions are designed to provide personalised guidance while maintaining the motivation and support of a small group environment.
These can be done in any environment, at your home, park, office, or Anat’s studio in South Coogee.
